About the JFLNI
The Junior Football League of Northern Illinois (JFLNI) provides organized youth football to children through the 8th grade.

We serve a variety of communities in Lake and McHenry counties of Northern Illinois. These communties currently include Fox Lake, Lake Villa, McHenry, North Chicago, Round Lake, Vernon Hills, Waukegan, and Zion-Benton. Each of these communties run their own respective football programs and compete within the structure of the JFLNI rules and regulations. You can find contact information for them individually on their member page here.

Saturday Program:
The Saturday program is meant as a non-competitive developmental league encouraging fundamentals mastery. No statistics or standings are kept or displayed for this league during the playing season by the JFLNI, and end of season culminates in non standings based league wide bowl games.
The amount of teams fielded and divisions offered vary year by year according to our members available rosters for the calendar year.

Sunday Program:
The Sunday program is a competitive league, with each member fielding a single team for each respective weight division. Game results, standings and statistics are kept and displayed by the JFLNI during the playing season, and end of season culminates into a standings based playoff schedule with a single victor.
