The JFLNI will hold a Board Meeting of the League Directors in the months of February, April, August, September, October, and
November. The exact dates and places will be determined by the newly elected Executive Board at the first league meeting of
the new year (February). 2003 meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

     Meetings will begin at 7:00p before the season and 8:00p during the season.

     No business shall be conducted unless a quorum is present. A quorum shall consist of a majority of eligible voting members.

     Special meetings may be called by the President or by any three voting members.

     The annual meeting shall be held during the month of November at a time and place to be determined and announced by the President. Officers shall be elected at the annual meeting.

President: The President shall preside at all meetings, appoint chairman of standing committees, and establish temporary
committees for special purposes.

     
Vice President: In the absence of the President, the Vice President shall assist the President in his duties and shall be an
official member of all standing committees, as well as being the presiding officer.

     
Secretary: The Secretary shall keep records of the minutes of each meeting and furnish such information as may be
requested by any member of the Board of Directors. He shall distribute to all members the minutes of each meeting prior
to the next monthly meeting.

     
Treasurer: The Treasurer shall collect and disburse all money of the organization. Such disbursements shall need signatures
of two of the Executive Board. In case of expenditures in excess of $50.00, the approval of a majority of the Executive Board is required

     
Immediate Past President: The duty of the Immediate Past President is to be an advisor to the Executive Board.

     
The Executive Board may appoint an assistant to the President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer at any time the Board
feels there is a need for such an officer. The appointed assistant will perform the duties of the officer, as the case may be, at any
time that the elected official is absent.
